1. Nature of Service

By purchasing from Arkdinosell.com, you acknowledge that you are paying for a service: the time and effort expended by our team to breed, farm, harvest, and acquire virtual items within the game ARK: Survival Evolved/Ascended.

We do not claim ownership of the virtual intellectual property, which remains the sole property of Studio Wildcard. You are purchasing the service of item acquisition and transfer.

2. Delivery Policy

• Server Type: We exclusively deliver to Official PVE Servers (PC/Steam/Xbox/PS depending on current crossplay support). We do NOT deliver to PVP, Small Tribes, or unofficial clusters unless explicitly stated.
• Pickup Location: Our primary distribution hub is located on Ragnarok. Simply spawn at Jungle 2; our base is situated immediately to the left of the Blue Obelisk. The facility is fully equipped for your convenience, featuring an unlocked Transmitter, food supplies, and secure, pin-coded vaults/cryofridges for your specific order.
• Timeframe: While we aim for instant delivery, standard delivery times are between 1 to 3 days. Large orders or custom requests may require additional time.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these goods:

• Before Delivery: You may request a full refund if your order has not yet been processed or delivered.
• After Delivery: Once the virtual items have been transferred to your character in-game, no refunds will be issued.
• Failure to Collect: If you fail to communicate or collect your items within 7 days of purchase without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the order with a partial refund or store credit.

4. Liability & Account Safety

While we take every precaution to ensure safe transfers (using legitimate breeding lines and secure transfer methods), purchasing virtual items for real money (RMT) may be against the game developer’s Terms of Service.

By purchasing, you accept all risks associated with the transaction, including but not limited to in-game disciplinary action. Arkdinosell.com is not responsible for any bans, rollbacks, or wipes that occur on official servers after the items have been delivered to your possession.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed after the successful delivery of goods will result in an immediate blacklist from our store and all affiliated networks. We retain extensive logs of delivery (including screenshots and chat logs) to dispute fraudulent claims.
